The following is a guideline to updating existing materials either online or off.

All costs are approx. and are stated in New Zealand Dollars excluding Tax and Expenses.

1. Text changes requiring a copywriter from $100.

2. Images requiring a graphic designer from $75. (Valid until 1st Nov 2006)

3. Template display Page Production All text standard $150.00

4. Non-template Display Page development $75.00 (per hour)

5. Minor text changes not including a copywriter $75. per hour. This includes text inserts. IE emailed text can be cut and copied directly into existing material. Several pages can be updated within an hour this way, so it pays to email all changes.

6. Minimum charges of 1 hour apply weekdays

7. Minimum rates are 3 hours weekends and public holidays with starting rates at double time.

8. Minimum update charges are from $75.00 unless you are a loyal client, then we charge less if you pay on time. Payment is required within 5 working days of invoice. No accounts - no statements unless prior arrangement in place.

Software program available for tutorials: Photoshop, by Adobe, and Dreamweaver by Macromedia which is an html editing programme. Very functional and easy to use with great results once some confidence has been established.
This will enable your staff to update your materials inhouse, or at least keep the costs down if you choose to nominate Linesonline to update the materials with your inhouse productions. Effectively reducing the time intensive costs by Linesonline to that of quality control.

It is recommended that tutorials be kept to an hour and a half, two hours max.

Costs for updates are from $75.00 per hour + Tax and expenses - Please note it is expected a computer with the appropriate software be available for the recipient to use for the length of the tutorial if you decide to have your staff trained onsite during the hours of work.
